50 Indoor Activities For Kids
Indoor activities for kids to do on a rainy day or when it’s too cold outside!
Indoor Activities for Kids
We live in Texas so the weather is not really a problem for most of the year. It’s unpredictable, but we can always throw on a light jacket and get outside or wait a few minutes for a storm to pass. But there are days in the summer that it’s still 90 degrees well into the night and we can only run to check the mail and get back inside. For us, there are days where it’s too hot to get out. And I know that a lot of my east coast friends have this problem, too, except in the winter. So what do you do with kids when it’s too cold or too hot to get outside? I’ve got a list of so many fun things you can do and play inside with kids while you’re stuck at home.

Hi. Thanks for linking to my laundry basket game. Unfortunately, it looks like the end of the URL got cut off, so when people click it it goes to a dead page. I think it just needs that html at the end added, but here’s the full link, just in case ( https://imaginativehomeschool.blogspot.com/2020/03/indoor-game-laundry-basket-ball.html ). Its under the “Super Fun Games to Play at Home” and linked to the text “Who needs to do laundry anyway? Grab your laundry basket and have some fun doing this!”
This is a great list! I’m in Texas as well and am already compiling ideas for when the summer becomes unbearable. This is going to come in handy 🙂
